Profession as domestic workers are often considered one eye. Mass media news related mistreatment of domestic workers often we hear. Beside they have the right to receive proper treatment. They have a role to family and nation. Unfortunately appreciation and protection against them is very minimal.

 
No doubt if it has been a lot of domestic workers do not deserve decent treatment from employers. With those no proper treatment, evenly they more chose to be silent because not knowing where to complain, also for fear of losing their jobs. Domestic workers can not do much. Beside people have manners and maintain mutual respect.

Yet somehow not a few of the employers who treat servants is not feasible without a clear basis starting from physical violence to sexual harassment. It is truly ironic fact of witnessing domestic workers being wasted by the employers. Explained, selecting domestic worker as the job is the last alternative. Seeing that the fact, protection of domestic workers is much needed.

Relevant legal basis of protection against domestic workers should be formulated, because with the existence of legislation on the protection of domestic workers so the legal protection have been formalized. And for employers who arbitrarily or violates the labour contract must be given legal sanction in accordance with domestic law protection.

The need stressed here is that if employers and domestic workers need each other why it can not be polite and maintain good social relationships to each other. The term servant also needs to be changed into workers. This recall because the social status of domestic workers is the same as other workers without degrading impression.
